Terms of service

About these terms
Himapure operates himapure.com.au and himapure.com. By using our websites or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our products
Himapure honey is a food. Honey is a natural product, so its colour, flavour and texture vary between harvests. Information on our websites is general and is not medical advice. Honey is not suitable for infants under 12 months.

Prices and payment
Australian prices are in AUD and include GST. US prices are in USD; any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes don't affect orders already placed. If a price on our site is clearly an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders
Your order confirmation email confirms we've received your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud. If we do, we refund you in full.

Subscriptions, shipping and returns
These are covered by our Cancellation, Shipping and Refund policies. Responsibility for your order passes to you on delivery. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or the consumer laws of your US state.

Reviews
Reviews must be genuine and based on your own experience. We don't remove reviews because they are negative. We may remove reviews that are abusive, unlawful or unrelated to our products.

Intellectual property
All content on our websites belongs to Himapure or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This doesn't limit any guarantee or right that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. This doesn't remove any protection you have under the consumer laws of the country or state where you live.

Changes
We may update these terms. The version published when you place an order applies to that order.
